Pratt Fine Arts Center

Pratt is the only facility in the Northwest where absolute beginners and established artists work side-by-side creating a wide array of art forms.  Affordable studios with unparalleled equipment offer artists of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds the opportunity to learn and create. Co-presenting with the Jackson Street Jazz Walk, Pratt will host music as well as present its Fall Open House!

Langston Hughes Performance Arts Institute

The Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute (LHPAI)  is a historic landmark in the Central Area of Seattle.  It is a community facility and is an important center for African American arts and culture in Seattle. During the Jackson Street Jazz Walk, you'll find a varied line-up of performers at LHPAI, including The Peter Adams Trio, singer/songwriter/producer, Eugenie Jones; and the incomparable and legendary trombonist, Julian Priester.

Ernestine Anderson Place

Named in honor of legendary jazz icon, Ernestine Anderson; Ernestine Anderson Place is one of the Low-Income Housing Institute's provisions of affordable housing.  Serving low-income seniors - 55 years of age and older - in the Central Area adjacent to downtown and Capitol Hill, this five-story building features a library,  computer room, a classroom, an exercise room,  a patio garden and a lovely community room - which is where you'll find an incredible jazz walk performance.  Lead by one of the Pacific Northwest most multi-dimensional pianists - Randy Halberstadt (who previously performed with Ernestine Anderson will bring his A-list trio to the stage and share be-bop, Latin, blues, and jazz favorites and originals in this special performance.

Wonder Ethiopian Restaurant Sports Bar

A favored, community hang-out; well-known for delicious, authentic Ethiopian food as well as sport's bar favorite bites, Wonder Ethiopian Restaurant offers the perfect location to enjoy some hot, uptempo music. They will feature heart-pounding jazz renderings of Alex Dugdale's' FADE Quartet  as well as the incredible musical renderings of the modern rock/blues fusion Raphael Tranquilino Band. Get ready for lift-off!

Cheeky Cafe

Experience the oh-so-good and uniquely created comfort foods with a twist at the Cheeky Cafe. Casa Latina

Casa Latina exists to empower Seattle’s Latino immigrants by providing educational and economic opportunities. They provide the tools workers need to work, live, and support their families, and contribute to the Seattle community.   As a sponsor of the Jackson Street Jazz Walk, Casa  Latina will host the music of The Reggie Goings Quartet,  featuring Goings -  a soulful baritone vocalist and trumpet player with a charismatic appeal.

Salsa N Seattle

Established upon a mission to provide the best ‘total body’ experience to novice and experienced Salsa dancers, Salsa N Seattle is fun, vibrant, and welcoming community hot-spot for anyone interested in experiencing the life-changing benefits of dance and fitness.  Supporting the jazz walk, Salsa N Seattle will welcome a well-known Latin artist - Andriana Giordano - and her quartet to the dance floor.  Their music will keep you moving in your seats and crescendo, offering audience members the opportunity to learn a dance-step at the end of the set.  You're going to have a great time at Salsa N Seattle!
